About me

Hi, my name is Daniele Melfi. I was born and raised in Rome.
After traveling for cultural, professional, and linguistic pleasure to London, Los Angeles, Baja California, and Bali, I decided to settle in Switzerland in 2005, where I began a professional sports career.
Every person I've met on my travels and shared moments of growth with has shaped me into the person I am today.

Since I was a child, I've participated in many sports activities, some as an amateur at school level and others as a national competitive level. Each individual or group sports activity has taught me values and discipline in a different way.

I had a desire and a dream when I decided to keep my life in Switzerland : improve my snowboarding technique.
This beautiful and immersive sport in the wild nature of the mountains helped me understand myself better.
After a few years of hard work, I was able to obtain the Swiss federal snowboard instructor license.

Today after 20 years of teaching all types of students and skill levels, I feel I have acquired a great empathy with people.

My work hasn't focused only on one specific sport like snowboarding.
My role with young people, above all, is to provide comprehensive guidance on life, goals, and how to optimize their time, achieve results, enjoy working, discover the individual qualities that make us unique.

This need today guides my professional career in broader and more diverse directions, supporting and helping others.

I'm confident that my journey and my experiences can be useful to those who perhaps need help developing and discovering themselves as athletes and as people.
